Kim Visits New Resort on Rungra Island

¡ã Rodong Shinmun today reported on an onsite guidance visit by Party 1st Secretary Kim Jong Eun and National Defense Commission Vice Chairman Jang Sung Taek to a new resort area being constructed in the lee of the May Day Stadium on Rungra Island, which lies in the middle of the Taedong River in central Pyongyang. Bernie Goetz If they want a resort to be run correctly, they should sell it to private enterprise. Same thing for an amusement park. If they want an amusement park to be run correctly, they should sell it to private enterprise. Even better, let private enterprise build them and run them.
