North Korea today used Japanese publication Chosun Shinbo to warn that it could test another nuclear device if the international community responds to the launch of ¡®Gwangmyungsung 3¡¯ by imposing new sanctions.

The publication of the pro-North Korea General Association of North Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon), Chosun Shinbo released the piece entitled, ¡®Strong Response to Provocation.¡¯ In it, it asserted that ¡°The U.S., which is trying to pick a fight over ¡®Gwangmyungsung 3¡¯, is trying to incite the clock to turn back to ¡®after April¡¯.¡±

¡°In May of 2009, our Republic carried out a second nuclear test in a self-defense response to UN Security Council sanctions,¡± it went on to recall.

In April, 2009, the UN Security Council released a President¡¯s Statement condemning the launch of the long-range rocket which North Korea claims was carrying its second satellite, ¡®Gwangmyunsung 2¡¯. In response, Pyongyang immediately expelled nuclear inspectors, announced to the IAEA that it would restart its nuclear program and left the Six-Party Talks. Its second nuclear test followed little more than a month later.

Trying to shift blame towards Washington, the piece then went on to reassert the claim that the U.S. is in violation of the ¡®Leap Day Agreement¡¯, saying, ¡°Chosun has clearly indicated that stopping the food aid that is part of the 2.29 Agreement is a clear violation of the core of the agreement. If the Chosun-U.S. agreement is retracted then the commitment to temporarily suspend nuclear testing, uranium enrichment and long-range missile launches can be canceled, too.¡±

Turning to domestic Japanese affairs, the piece warned also, ¡°Three years ago when Japan quarreled with the launch of Gwangmyungsung 2 and talked of interception, Supreme Commander Kim Jong Eun was the man commanding the land, sea and air forces as ¡®Counterattack Commander. He has decided that if the enemy steps forward to try and intercept, then there really will be war.¡±

¡°Chosun has thoroughly prepared this satellite launch plan in accordance with the timetable for the construction of the strong state. Some countries are urging restraint; however, Chosun has never withdrawn a plan connected with its independence that it has already announced,¡± it concluded,

danelle In a 100 yrs if one were not dying, one would definitely could see unusual phenomenon. It is fantastic and sophisticated if one tries to single out what have actually happened. It runs like a lazy man doesn't want to work properly and industrially to earn more money for raising his family of 4 to have a wonderful elating living averagely considered good and well to do. While, when he falls to hardship, getting difficult to overcome daily livelihood chaos, his brother and sister or relatives come to lend him their hand to help him step out of trouble and settle all the debt he owes. And then, still, he doesn't think of changing himself to stand up independently. He reluctant to work or tries to work, he thinks if he comes to face financial trouble again his brother could help him out of it. Now, he got financial trouble again, the brother and other helpers are facing financial difficulty, cannot be able to give him assistance he needs, he threatens wanting to kill his family, if they refuse to help him out of trouble.
This is it, chinless and shameful. Forcing others to give helps then it can profligately going for luxury life and wantonly spend on exorbitant item to enjoy. This is NK. Boneless and spineless parasite in the world of dung and shameful to live on. 2012-04-09 19:18:56
danelle Nk is the last country in Asia having the nuclear weapon with the unsolvable problem of insufficient food to feed its people. With gangsterism mindset, keep threatening other countries within its vicinity by launching missile test abruptly and insanely to exchange for popularity and aid of food. This mafia despotic government is chinless and mindless. How long can it keep going like this?

Such a imprudent and psychopathy regime is allowed to behave like this as mad dog, is because it has irascibility and imbecility to play fire with itself. When action is taken to upon it, while the day comes, it shall be dead meat. Period. 2012-04-05 13:34:04
Atlas The NK regime won't collapse as long as outsider countries keep giving them aid which they give to their elites or military people. It's been reported time and time again by defectors and such that they've never been given any food aid from the outside. Stop giving a brutal regime free stuff! For God's sake 2012-04-05 00:06:11
Bernie Goetz I think it would be better not to use force on NK. Let them squander their resources on silly projects and they will collapse sooner. Before the end of this year their currency will probably be worthless again. 2012-04-04 23:16:56
Madoka Kim Foolish traitor NK faction are selecting and doing the foolish things only.
Getting rid of the murderous weapons out of the childish retarded faction
by force is the adult's (Republic Of Korea) moral duty.

Now that the baby pig Kim Jung Eun has already succeeded the King-like
absolute power from his shit-dog-like father Kim Jung Ill,
what kind of delegates' vote do they need in around middle of April?
That's really a foolish gesture of the retarded NK regime's core faction.

I feel smelling the rotten dead body odor of Kim Ill Sung and Kim Jung Ill! 2012-04-04 21:39:26
