Lee Young Ho was dismissed for failing to cooperate with the regime¡¯s attempts to get a better grip on the activities of the Chosun People¡¯s Army, according to a member of the National Assembly Intelligence Committee.

The committee member made the assertion following a behind-closed-doors meeting of the committee with National Intelligence Service (NIS) officials today, saying, ¡°This is the analysis put forward by the NIS.¡±

He went on, ¡°NIS says that ¡®Kim Jong Eun¡¯s aunt Kim Kyung Hee is providing psychological support, and uncle Jang Sung Taek is giving policy advice, and in this way they are strengthening their guardianship role.¡±

¡°NIS believes that this is why, although Kim Jong Il took three years after the death of Kim Il Sung to take control of power, Kim Jong Eun has finished the leadership succession procedure by taking all the top positions in the Party, state and military in short order following the death of Kim Jong Il,¡± the member explained.

Todd (Ta-deu) Yeah, like I said. He was fired. It wasn't because of some illness. 2012-07-26 17:10:44
